Located inside Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Contemporary Resort is the only hotel to have the Monorail system actually pass through the main lobby, with access from the fourth floor. This contemporary style tower overlooks Space Mountain, Cinderella Castle and 4.5 miles of shoreline along Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon.
The Contemporary Tower also includes most of Disney’s facilities, including Registration, Guest Services and the 4th floor Grand Canyon Concourse, making it quite convenient.

This lodge style resort features thatched ceilings, oversized beams, hand-carved golden toned furnishings and real African artifacts. Kids love the mammoth mud fireplace in the main lobby, surrounded with African artifacts. Just outside of the main lobby, children can stand on Arusha Rock, and elevated rock structure, and see animals up-close!
