Jessica has enlisted pro-trainer Tracy Anderson (who has also trained Jen Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow) to help her slim down by using bands and weights as well as aerobics up to six times a week for about an hour and a half a session.
In addition to working out hard, Jess is watching her diet and is on a strict 1,600 a day diet – sticking to options like steamed veggies, broiled fish and grilled instead of fried foods.
